Consciencism
Pushing illusions and crossing boundaries for observers, initiating psychological turmoils propelling the audience into absurdity and the unknown. In this contrast of self-possession there is a discontinuous existence. It is a state of communication revealing a quest for a possible continuance of being beyond the confines of self.

Objects are in space but spatially extended. With my body I am drawing place out of its latent position, there is a place of infinite void, time collapses, things become unfamiliar. The self becomes the object. The object stops being an object. The headcase becomes a tool for externalizing the spiritual condition, like an antennae it breaks my senses to replace them in another.
A live performance for a solo exhibition in Spain in 2006. The artist has covered her head with a black plastic bag with only a hole for her mouth. Prepared like in a surgery she lies on the floor ready with white plastic gloves and starts to cut a chorizo sausage in her lap. Each piece is chewed inside her mouth and spat out. Once the piece is finished, the artist blindfoldedly tries to find her chewed pieces on the floor and places them back into her mouth to chew and spit out again. This piece was performed with a live audience for the duration of 2 hours. The performance resulted in 3 days of illness.
Incisions was performed in Germany in 2009. An attic installation with various materials, the artist moved in the space and lay herself on a wooden structure. The audience were invited to pull strings with small objects tied to the ends of them coming out of her own body.
